Miloš Vuksanović

Miloš Vuksanović is a partner at the law office “Vuksanović & Kažić”.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica. Before founding the law office in 2013, he worked at the High Court in Podgorica and then as an adviser to the Judicial Council of Montenegro. In 2021 he was elected by the Parliament of Montenegro as a member of the Prosecutorial Council from among distinguished lawyers, a position he held until September 2024.
Throughout his career, Miloš has distinguished himself through the successful representation of clients in criminal proceedings, with a particular focus on economic and organised crime cases, extradition proceedings and financial investigations, including money laundering cases and international legal assistance. His practice covers the representation of clients before all courts and state authorities, as well as advising on complex legal and regulatory matters.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Montenegro.
